Responsibilities:
- Preparing machine for production by positioning, guides, and rolls.
- Operate and monitor winders
- Set up and operate manufacturing specifications, following detailed instructions accurately
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection purposes Attention to detail
- Able to read & follow work instructions Must have good hand-eye coordination Winding experience
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
