Dragonfly - a TMG Company is seeking a studio production part-time employee at our Delray Beach, FL location. Join our team and use your creative skills as you work in multiple areas of the production process. This is a great chance to gain experience in a fun and collaborative environment with training provided to advance existing skills and gain new skill sets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide assistance in all production components including set building, sound, lighting, camera prep, troubleshooting
- Assist in Studio and equipment maintenance
- Assisting in the preparation for client visits to the studio
- Run errands as needed such as purchasing supplies, props, equipment, and other necessary items for the project.
- Perform other duties as requested by staff to ensure all necessary tasks are performed proficiently that adheres to the quality expected from the company.
- Support post-production in post-filming media management such as: ingesting, backing up media and creating project sequence for editors
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work approximately 20-30 hours a week; shifts/hours vary upon filming schedule and deadlines
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be able to commute to Delray Beach, FL on all days assigned/scheduled- no offsite or remote candidates will be considered
- Must bring an optimistic, can-do approach to all assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Able to lift 40lbs
- Strong organizational skills

- Eager to learn and work as a part of a collaborative team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as needed
PREFERRED
- General knowledge of basic set etiquette and set language
- General knowledge of camera, sound and lighting equipment
- General knowledge of NLE editing systems such as Avid, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with platforms such as Frame.io and Canva
SALARY – Hourly at $18 – 20/ hour commensurate on experience
