In this role you will:
- Manage complex calendars for senior leadership using Microsoft Outlook, prioritizing requests and meeting business needs.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, processing expense reports for leadership.
- Organize team events, such as All Hands and morale events, including logistics, space management, and catering.
- Support business operations by ensuring compliance with administrative policies, procuring necessary resources, and maintaining a positive team environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 4 years of experience in an office environment, with scheduling and administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
