We are seeking skilled Production Operators to join a leading global industrial materials company whose products are vital to the modern economy and carbon reduction. This role is crucial in supporting the startup and continued operation of a cutting-edge facility, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality metal and alloy products while following strict safety protocols and operational standards.
You will be part of a rotating shift (4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off)
Responsibilities
- Conducting daily area and equipment inspections.
- Preparing materials and setting up equipment per recipes and instructions.
- Operating mobile and material handling equipment safely.
- Monitoring molten metal processing and vacuum casting equipment.
- Adjusting equipment and process parameters for quality and productivity.
- Documenting and reporting production data.
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
- Complying with safety regulations and maintaining PPE.
- Participating in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Completing additional assigned tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing experience (preferably in foundry or molten metal work).
- Strong attention to detail and housekeeping.
- Basic computer skills (ERP systems, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
