Base Maintenance Group Mechanic / Electric L4
Performs mechanic and hydraulic advanced maintenance inspections, diagnosis and corrective actions, performing systematic analysis of problems and improvement opportunities, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures and best practices, complying with defined quality standards.
Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on Cranes (work at height), cooling towers (including a centrifugal pumps and motors), compressors. Medium voltage transformers and infrastructure maintenance (overhead lights, overhead doors, buildings and grounds, lift stations, utilities, etc).

- Updates information in the maintenance systems and generates maintenance reports.
- Understands technical drawing. Propose modifications on drawings to improve reliability.
- Uses computer to plan and schedule maintenance activities
- Executes machine lock outs and tag outs.
- Interact with other areas.
- Inspects, diagnoses, performs and or supervises advanced mechanic and hydraulic repairs, replacements and upgrades.
- Operates welding equipment.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting
- Follows up repairs ensuring the performed work effectiveness.
- Carries out forklift or radio control overhead crane operation when applicable.
- Updates information in the maintenance systems and performs maintenance reports.
SAP PM knowledge and experience is needed for this role.
