Your role at Clorox:
Clorox is looking for an experienced and talented Scrum Master (IT project IV) to join our team! As our Scrum Master, you will work with a team of highly skilled and experienced technical and business resources. You will guide, coach, and motivate your team to increase productivity. The right candidate will be passionate about Agile thinking (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and have a passion for teamwork, collaboration, and quality.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for coordinating and managing Integrated Commercial scrum teams.
- Hold appropriate ceremonies such as daily standups, iteration planning, A&I retrospectives, etc.
- Manage resource capacity planning and velocity
- The ability to assist the team by removing impediments so that the team's progress can continue
- Ensures all practices, dialogues, and events do not negatively impact the project team's motivation
- Lead PI Planning in making sure the team-level user story captures the required story statement, story points, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensures the integrity and proactive transparency of the project team's work items
- Validates the user story goes through the software development life cycle and correct statuses
- Facilitates, enforces, and defends the project team's delivery through time-boxed sprint
What we look for:
- 6+ years in IT or professional services experiences in IT delivery
- 5+ years formal project management experience managing various types of IT projects (e.g., discovery, software development, infrastructure, capital, business intelligence), IT programs and familiarity of working in a Project Management Office
- 3+ years as a SAFe Scrum Master for a software development team that followed Scrum principles, practice, and theory., Certified SAFe Scrum Master highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile Lifecycle Tool. Jira is experience is required.
- Experience working with various projects and portfolio management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Office including Project, SharePoint, and Visio, ServiceNow, PPM, Agile/Scrum methods / waterfall)
- Evidence of successfully managing diverse project teams (e.g., outsourced, multi-vendor, or geographically distributed)
- Project management and IT industry experience
- Extensive experience in managing large, complex international projects in a multinational/multicultural environments with multiple stakeholders
- Experience and demonstrated leadership in managing project stakeholder teams from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
- Experience in using key methodologies such as ITIL, SDLC, PMBOK and PRINCE2
- Experience as a Scrum Master in a time-critical, milestone-driven enterprise environment.
- Proven experience in using sophisticated PPM tool and advanced user in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Sharepoint)
- Preferred to have experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) transformation.

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100
–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300
–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600
