Job description
We are a NYC-based production company seeking a talented and experienced Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate is capable of managing all aspects of production, from pre-production planning through to post-production oversight. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with high-profile clients.
This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire production process, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
- Oversee set production, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output
- Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the production process
- Translate creative concepts into executable production plans
- Troubleshoot issues during live productions to maintain project momentum
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and ethical standards in all productions
- Manage post-production activities to align with creative and client specifications

- Industry expertise: You have 5+ years of experience in media production, bringing extensive knowledge and a valuable professional network.
Compensation and Benefits
We believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. We benchmark our pay above market-rate to attract and retain the best professionals in the industry. The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
