Our client a multi-strategy fund is seeking a Broker Dealer Relations Coordinator to join their team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Broker Relations Coordinator to support our portfolio managers and oversee the tracking of all Corporate Access activities for the firm. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves coordinating travel logistics, managing broker communications, and ensuring seamless execution of all Corporate Access initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports or presentations as needed.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for portfolio managers, ensuring smooth logistics for meetings and events.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings and events, including handling logistics and materials.
- Track and manage all Corporate Access activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with brokers and external partners to ensure efficient communication and follow-up on broker relations matters.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably as an executive assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required
$100-$125K plus bonus
