The Marketing Director develops marketing strategies and plans that drive brand building, category growth and effective communication while guiding a team through delivery. This role manages and directs the creation and execution of these strategies in collaboration with other functions to ensure alignment with the zone’s goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or a related discipline from an accredited university/college is required, with marketing experience in which several years are in a leadership role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An MBA is preferred.
- Experience in marketing for consumer packaged goods, preferably in the food industry or at a Fortune 500 CPG (consumer packaged goods) companies.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience analyzing AC Nielsen data and market research reports to draw insights.
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools and technologies.
