Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Overview:
Trinity Solar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting one of our high-energy Sales divisions. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the talent acquisition process, handling high-volume job reposting, managing and updating Excel spreadsheets, and preparing reports. You’ll have the unique opportunity to engage with Director-level stakeholders, making this a high-visibility role within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Reposting: Manage the reposting process for open sales positions across various platforms, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement for each role
- Spreadsheet Management: Create, update, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for tracking candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, and other relevant data
- Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on recruiting activity, metrics, and other data-driven insights for Director-level reviews. Ensure data accuracy and provide actionable recommendations based on analysis
- Talent Support: Assist with the coordination of interviews, communication with candidates, and scheduling as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team’s efforts
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales leadership team and the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities. This role requires regular communication with Director-level stakeholders
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement within the recruitment workflow and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement changes that drive efficiency
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role
- Experience in a role requiring significant Excel usage, including data manipulation, reporting, and creating pivot tables
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is preferred
- Previous experience in a high-visibility role or experience supporting senior leadership teams is a plus
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with demonstrated experience in creating complex spreadsheets and reports
- Strong attention to detail, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, including senior leadership
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- Experience in an agency recruitment setting is highly desirable but not required
