We are collaborating with a leading construction company specializing in large-scale multi-family and commercial developments. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join their special projects team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-family or commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage the construction of multi-family or commercial projects, ensuring that work is completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, control costs, and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee project scheduling, ensuring all work is completed within the required time frame. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of project management experience, specifically in multi-family or commercial construction.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects.
