Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience implementing large scale implementation projects within PeopleSoft’s Time & Labor module in an enterprise environment
- Expertise with all phases of implementations (fit/gap analysis, gathering requirements, data mapping, business process re-engaging, testing, knowledge transfer, ongoing production support)
- Proficiency with SDLC and application upgrades
- Implementing Dashboards and WorkCenters with ERP systems
- Proficiency with SDLC and application upgrades
- Proficiency with PeopleSoft queries or SQL queries related to Payroll and Time & Labor data
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft PUM selective adoption methodology
Plus:
- Experience supporting the Payroll module within PeopleSoft
- Experience reviewing and testing tax updates in PeopleSoft, ensuring compliance and system accuracy
Day-to-day:
This PeopleSoft specialist will be working to comprehensively support the Payroll and Time & Labor modules within PeopleSoft. They will act as a liaison with relevant departments (ex: Payroll) to identify and implement new opportunities for improvement within PeopleSoft. Will be providing weekly updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
