Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that contribute to PersonalX's foundational AI models.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Lead by example, contributing to code development and architecture while also supporting best practices in software engineering.
- Solve complex problems, architect scalable solutions, and optimize system performance.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in software development languages such as Python, Java, or similar. Experience with AI/ML frameworks is a plus.
