Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong background in childhood development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Provide support and guidance to students with diverse learning needs, including those with autism
- Utilize behavior management techniques effectively
- Collaborate with speech therapists and other specialists as needed
- Mentor and support teacher assistants in the classroom
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Proficiency in creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Ability to effectively plan and execute engaging lessons
- Excellent communication skills to work with students, parents, and colleagues
