Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and manage a variety of administrative tasks to
ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the office environment and supporting other staff members with administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer, screen, and route phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document
preparation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Work closely with the Chief Operating officer for administrative tasks.
• Support other departments with various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• MUST be a Texas Notary
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are beneficial
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Outstanding organization and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
