A day in the life of a 360 Financial Senior Administrative Assistant includes a number of responsibilities that are sure to keep you engaged, interested and always learning.
Ø Be the “face” of 360 Financial. Welcome clients and guests to 360 Financial, whether via phone or in person. Your inviting and engaging personality is a natural fit for this! You are a master at quickly developing relationships and proud to provide additional value to our clients.
Ø Assist the Wealth Management team by scheduling clients for their annual or bi-annual meetings. Your attention to detail and follow up skills shine as you quickly and efficiently set up successful client meetings.
Ø You coordinate the day and activities for the President/Owner, Mike Rogers. Anything from greeting him walking in for the day to calling clients back to setup a call. You are his right hand to ensure that the day will be successful. Your inviting and engaging personality is a natural fit for this!

o Ad Hoc projects
Ø Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate department/individual as needed.
Ø Help monitor the client development process, and work with the team when issues arise.

Ø Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Redtail (CRM) (preferred).
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
