Allied Resources is looking for a Operations Supervisor to ensure operational targets are met through the supervision of continuous improvement processes. This direct position provides a salary up to $120k, short-term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training and audit standardized work processes, lead and implement 5S activities to uphold area standards, and ensure corrective actions are carried out.
- Guide and manage the workforce in identifying issues, resolving problems, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding safety, quality, productivity, staffing, equipment, and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including safeguarding both the environment and the local community.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Manufacturing industry experience required.
- Associate's/Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
- Certification in Lean manufacturing principles preferred.
- Fundamental mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment problems preferred.
