Gaston Real Estate Investment Company, a small business in downtown Columbia, is searching for two Social Media interns from the University of South Carolina. Our portfolio consists of ~140 residential & commercial rental units owned by the company. Mainly focused on student housing near the University of South Carolina campus.
Deliverables include:
· Grow our Instagram accounts
· Post on Facebook pages
· Make TikToks for our new construction properties
· Market directly to students our houses available for the 2025-2026 school year
Pay is $20 (plus bonuses). 10-20 hours per week.
Seeking 2 inters with active social media accounts (preferably with a large following).
Graphic design experience, helpful but not required.
