Job Title: Office Manager – Part Time
Location: Chicago, IL - West Loop
Hours: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM – Monday – Thursday (~20-25 hour work week)

Job Description:
As the Office Manager, you’ll play an essential role in supporting daily operations and fostering a welcoming environment. You’ll be responsible for managing office supplies, planning company events, assisting with meetings, and providing support to the firm’s principal. This role is onsite Monday-Thursday, with a flexible schedule and no Fridays in-office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen calls; greet and assist visitors
- Organize and maintain the office calendar and schedule meetings
- Set up conference rooms, including catering and materials
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries; maintain office supply inventory
- Provide administrative support to the principal, including meeting prep and travel arrangements
- Manage travel logistics and itineraries for the principal and design team
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Support financial operations by making credit card entries in QuickBooks Online
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; QuickBooks Online experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license; comfortable handling errands and driving as needed
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
