Our client is actively seeking a Change/Release Management Consultant with a proven track record of successfully delivering companywide Release Management programs from inception to completion.
This is a long-term contract that is hybrid to downtown Chicago.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of IT changes.
- Coordinate and manage the release process, including planning, scheduling, and controlling software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure changes and releases are aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis for proposed changes and releases.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change and release activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all changes and releases are documented and comply with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on change and release management processes.
- Continuously improve change and release management processes based on feedback and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in change management and release management within a large financial or consultant firm
- Past experience working with initiatives spanning across 500+ team members
