Job Responsibilities:

Act as a key member of the Post Production Support (PPS) team, ensuring smooth application operation and support from a Tier 2/functional perspective.
Lead help desk ticket analysis and resolution using strong analytical skills.
Troubleshoot software issues and document them for the development team.
Assist end users with “how-to” questions regarding system functionality.
Work closely with a Tier 3/developer counterpart to design, test, and implement system changes.
Conduct system and regression testing after successful unit testing.
Draft or provide input for communications and update job aids and training materials.
Adapt to changing project needs, demonstrating flexibility.

Required Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of the system development life cycle, including design, development, and testing of system objects like reports and interfaces.
Expertise with the PeopleSoft Benefits module.
Ability to read SQL, SQR, and/or PeopleCode, and write/execute simple SQL.
Develop system test scenarios and write/execute test scripts independently.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to ensure successful unit and system testing.
Report detailed, accurate, and timely status of tasks, issues, and help desk tickets to the team lead.
Serve as the primary point of contact for end users of the system module.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
