Maintenance Mechanic (Hydraulic & Pneumatic Specialist)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and building facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Conduct electrical repairs and maintenance as needed
- Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain high food safety and quality standards
- Engage in equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades
- Adapt to working on both modern and legacy equipment, some up to 70 years old
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational degree in a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience; food industry background is a plus
- Strong skills in mechanical troubleshooting, especially with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair capabilities
- Experience with welding, cutting, and fabrication
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMPs in a food production environment is beneficial
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
