Our client is seeking a Product Manager in Weehawken, NJ.
Role Description
To better serve Financial Advisors and clients in North America, our institution aims to modernize the Banking capabilities of our Bank USA, and deliver a more holistic, full-service banking offering to our clients. We will digitize the core Banking systems to be faster, more effective, and more efficient in delivering lending and cash management offerings with a focus on key segments. We will build on its already high-performing Bank and strong net promoter scores with digitally led and high touch capabilities and further align to our client promise –personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services.
• Lead lending infrastructure projects throughout the project life cycle by collaborating with multiple teams
• Partner with digital leads to develop and implement client-focused journeys and enhancements, delivering a holistic client experience for lending products
• Work closely with the configuration and customization of user interfaces
• Collaborate with product, development and design to write stories, refine them, and complete UAT testing
• Take client experience data inputs and manage and deliver a prioritized road map and requirements
Skills & Requirements
• a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert responsible for leading business change/transformation initiatives
• ability to manage end to end projects throughout agile methodology
• ability to demonstrate positive initiative and leadership
• experience with lending products (banking or fintech)
• experience with digital strategies and IT platforms
• strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in using Visio to develop process flows, Excel to compile and analyze data, and PowerPoint to develop presentations
• ability to gather, consolidate and synthesize information from various sources to gain consensus on proposed process change/transformation
• understanding of Wealth Management and Banking products and services
• strong project organization skills and attention to detail
• proven problem solving as well as decision making skills
• excellent communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiences
• a product and platform evangelist with an unwavering focus on putting users first
• a natural leader with an ability to work with diverse teams
• a strong communicator with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate ideas and strategy
• a confident decision-maker, highly organized and detail-oriented.
