Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, finances, and resource allocation for both time & material and fixed-price projects.
- Coordinate and prioritize project tasks to ensure timely delivery and adherence to milestones.
- Oversee projects involving offshore teams, effectively managing varying time zones and cultural differences.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among business stakeholders, offshore teams, and project sponsors.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, aligning business objectives with project outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between business users, offshore teams, and technical teams to ensure clear interpretation and understanding of requirements.
- Gather, assess, document, and confirm business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify areas for enhancement and streamlining.
- Translate business needs into precise and actionable technical directives.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop solutions that meet business needs and strategic goals.
- Evaluate alternative solutions and provide recommendations based on cost, feasibility, and business impact.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE 2 – 3 years of TIMESHARE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE!
- 2 – 3 years of experience working on projects as a Project Manager in the Timeshare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (agile, waterfall) and PM tools (ADO, Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams for wireframing, estimates, and budgeting.
- Certification in BA (CBAP) or Project Management (PMP) is a plus but not required.
- Will require reloation to Myrtle Beach, SC in 6 months to a year.
Project Manager Pay Rate:
- Pay Rate: Starting at $80k annually.
