NexWealth is an RIA/multi-family office and is currently seeking a Manager of Investment Due Diligence with a CFA designation that meets the criteria below. This individual will work out of the firm's Philadelphia office and must have prior experience at an RIA, family office, multi-family office, wealth management, or similar firm.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
- Lead and work closely with a team of fellow research analysts
- Monitor industry news
- Work directly with high-net-worth clients and their outside advisors
- Conduct comprehensive investment manager due diligence
- Perform due diligence on new and existing investments
- Leverage research systems to provide qualitative/quantitative analysis to support investment manager and investment strategy selection recommendations and terminations
- Maintain a database to capture the universe of investment opportunities
- Develop manager and investment strategy-specific expertise to provide clients and the research team with commentary and data points
- Investment Manager due diligence reviews, research reports, manager attribution analysis
- Maintain analytic reports on investment managers
- Manage prime brokerage capital introduction relationships
- Create recommendations for client portfolios
- Client portfolio construction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- CFA® designation
- Minimum of 5-7 years conducting investment manager due diligence
- Experience working with and comfort communicating with high net worth clients
- Work in firm’s Philadelphia office (this is not a remote position)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player
- Willingness to provide professional references and undergo a background check and drug testing in accordance with local law/regulations.
