About the role:
As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including shopping centers and retail triple-net properties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with contract negotiation, due diligence, and closing processes
- Preparing organizational documents and entity formation
- Managing closing checklists and timelines
- Supporting post-closing matters
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate law, particularly related to shopping centers and retail triple-net properties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
