Director of Finance (New Port Richey, FL) (Relocation Offered)
Kelly Services – Skilled Professional Solutions (SPS) is actively seeking a Director of Finance for a permanent, direct hire position with one of our top clients in New Port Richey, FL. This position is in office. A relocation package is offered.
As a Director of Finance placed with Kelly Services, you will serve as an integral member of our client’s global aerospace business unit and leadership team. Primary responsibilities include leading the day-to-day planning and performance management processes and identifying and implementing strategic plans. This is a highly visible role. You’ll present financials to leadership and identify and implement opportunities to grow business performance. The role focuses on commercial finance and is broken down into two global regions. You’ll understand gross margin drivers and opportunities to improve gross margin.
Qualified candidates will have 10 plus years of progressively responsible experience, ideally within manufacturing. Candidates need commercial finance experience, including revenue, price, and margin partnering experience. Candidates must have a deep understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) and global company experience is a plus. Exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential to success in this role.
