RVS SCM MPM team member supporting multiple programs. Serves as the liaison between Supply Chain and program IPT(s). Creates, manages and executes material program strategy (MPS) and the material program plan (MPP) to ensure program competitiveness and performance from the front end of the business through contract closure. Provides comprehensive Supply Chain support for Gates 0-11 activities and ensures IPDP compliance for the programs and tailoring when applicable. Key activities typically include: financial management (i.e., EV, budgets, targets, working capital, material forecasts, etc.); overall ownership of the supplier management process (i.e., Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, supplier performance, metrics, international issues, develop/evaluate the MB/MW strategy, the Collaborative Agreement process, etc.), and communication of customer flow-through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc. The MPM may act as the Control Account Manager (CAM).Working at the front end of the business, the MPM identifies and secures Supply Chain resources to support the capture plan and manages the Supply Chain content of the proposal pipeline.

- Assist on departmental special projects where assigned.
- Have frequent contact with multiple level managers and customer representatives concerning projects, programs, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, or contractual clarifications and support.
- Conduct and participate in meetings and briefings for internal and external representatives.
- Maintain assigned work area and supports company safety and ethics standards.

SkillBridge Eligibility overview:
To be eligible for this SkillBridge Fellowship you must meet the following requirements:
• Must be eligible to participate in Fellowship per DoD Instruction 1322.29.
• Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military.
• Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.
• Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.
• Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location.
