The successful candidate will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, as well as responding to internal and external emails, including Freshdesk tickets. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you'll thrive on the challenge, ensuring efficient filing of both warranty and non-warranty claims with manufacturers. Preparing detailed quotes and invoices, your precision and swiftness will be paramount, especially during our bustling peak seasons, such as fitness and outdoor pursuits.
