About the Role: We are seeking a Project Coordinator with over 2 years of relevant experience in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating both business and IT projects, managing meetings and calendars, and generating reports. Strong organizational skills and assertiveness are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage both business and IT projects.
- Schedule and manage meetings and calendars.
- Generate status reports on projects.
- Produce ad hoc reports as needed or on specific schedules.
- Follow up on risk and issue management tasks.
- Track and chase down information from stakeholders for delinquent items.
- Document and manage due dates.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills (10/10) and a great personality.
- Strong organizational skills and assertiveness.
- Experience with MS Project a plus.
- Financial services/trading experience a plus.
- Experience in an audit/regulatory environment a plus.
