We are working with a boutique law firm in Greensboro on their search for a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic and fast-paced business litigation team. The position offers an excellent opportunity for long-term professional growth and a competitive compensation package. A minimum of 7 years of litigation experience is required. Experience in North Carolina Business Court and Federal Court is strongly preferred. Book of business is also preferred, but not required. Expedited equity partner position may be considered based on experience and book.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of business litigation matters, including breach of contract, corporate disputes, and other commercial issues.
Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
Litigation Support: Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, trials, and mediations.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and advising on case progress and strategy.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.
