Inviting applications for the role of Financial Analyst.
In this role, you will be required to demonstrate financial analytical and research skills to support contracts of client. You will also improve the current process by bringing in best practices within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the billing process, including invoicing, tracking payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure accurate and timely client billing.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting activities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline billing, planning, and reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role, preferably in billing, planning, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial software/systems.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Prior experience in Analysis and Research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in working hours.
"The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $72,000 to $78,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity."
