In this hybrid role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and support technical product strategies, ensuring smooth system integration and performance monitoring. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with stakeholders, supporting technical product lifecycles, and ensuring the delivery of quality projects. You'll also play a critical role in technical support, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influence technical product strategy by understanding business and technical needs to deliver valuable functionality.
- Build relationships with key users, leadership, and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
- Ensure product and system availability to meet business needs, including participation in an on-call support rotation.
- Support team efforts in project delivery, tracking progress, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data networking, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in systems integration, implementation, and support.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, shell scripting, and experience with Oracle/SQL Server databases.
- Preferred experience in electric utility metering or billing, Agile software delivery environments, and certifications in applicable technical disciplines.
