MAU is hiring a Program Coordinator for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Program Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for operations leaders and employees regarding the maintenance department's core principles. This role is essential in delivering responsive internal support, ensuring availability, and driving functional excellence and continuous process improvement. This is a contract, long-term opportunity.

Shift Information:
Required Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree in a related field plus a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing or project management, OR
- At least 6 years of professional experience in manufacturing, project management, or maintenance
General Requirements:
- Experience with Maintenance Management Systems
- Knowledge of machine and tool repair
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions while managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
Essential Functions:
- Provide dedicated support to the Maintenance team, with a primary focus on the Maintenance Management Software
- Collect technical data from Maintenance teams and manage our Document Archive
- Organize and budget training sessions with OEM organizations and technicians
- Assist in tracking materials and deliveries for critical work orders
- Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting schedules to support processes and audits, including occasional weekends to meet manufacturing deadlines
- Lead or participate in site-wide projects as needed, collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups
