The SVP, Brand Strategy is a critical client partner, demonstrating leadership, strategic direction, accountability, business acumen, and vision for their portfolio of businesses.
SVP, Brand Strategy – Major Hispanic Food Brand
20+ years of agency and relevant industry experience, including 10+ years of management experience, required. Candidates must have at least 10 years of CPG experience, with a preference for food experience. Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written, is essential for this role.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation abilities.
- Foundational knowledge of integrated marketing solutions, including linear and digital media.
- Ability to command a leadership role in developing integrated marketing solutions to address client needs.
- Highly organized with creative problem-solving skills.
- Acts as a steward of strong team unity, ensuring optimal talent utilization and growth among all team members.
- Must be comfortable working in the client’s Miami-based offices at least 3 days a week.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships between the agency and client by managing day-to-day activities.
- Uncover client needs, desires, and objectives, and craft creative solutions that align with these goals.
- Clearly communicate client objectives to colleagues and drive the development of timely solutions.
- Provide strategic analysis to help shape the client’s business.
- Manage omni-channel campaigns across multiple touchpoints, including brand, creative, and media.
- Develop strong relationships with the client’s marketing team and across their organization.
- Manage projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams.
- Support Strategy and Media teams by collecting, organizing, and providing all necessary planning materials, and ensure all deadlines and rotation schedules are accurate and executed flawlessly.
