Salary: $20-$22/hr.
Hours: 8am - 5pm, 1-hour lunch (Possible flexibility in hours!)

What you need to apply:
- AAS or BS Degree preferred
- Customer service experience
- PC and MS Office Proficiency
- Purchasing/Warehouse experience preferred
A typical day as an Administrative Assistant may include:
- Answering the department calls, collecting driver paperwork and directing drivers to buildings to be unloaded.
- Counting and verifying database entries for all cases produced by brand, flavor, size, etc.
- Collecting daily paperwork from operators and verifying the paperwork is filled out completely and correctly.
- Inputting and PGIing of all necessary entries into ERP and WMS systems including SAP, AS400, NAV, etc .
- Submitting necessary inventory adjustments to the Warehouse Management team, then adjust once approved.
