What will you be doing?
- Report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with a multi-functional team on new product design and development.
- Lead projects from inception to production, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Develop design specifications, test plans, and technical data sheets for new products.
- Generate PCBs and build/test prototype assemblies as needed.
- Conduct analysis, simulations, and testing of electronic systems, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide specifications and drawings for PCB procurement.
- Engage with customers during system and field testing.
- Lead teams to optimize designs for quality, cost, and schedule based on customer requirements.
What are the minimum qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in electronics design and testing.
- Proficient in PCB development, including layout design skills.
- Strong understanding of test equipment and its operation for analog and digital circuits.
- Experience with very low-power systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with DMMs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, and other necessary equipment for daily tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Location: Dallas, TX area, primarily in office with occasional remote.
Relocation: Will assist in relocation.

Salary: 115k – 150k + 401(k) Match.
