Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Account Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on building and nurturing strong customer relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Inventory, and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and demonstrate the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position at our Westminster, CO office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain customer orders, quotes, and sample requests in the system.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional service.
- Monitor and communicate the status of backorders to customers.
- Process customer requests for MSDS, literature, and other documentation.
- Update and manage special pricing in the system.
- Enter and track repair and rental orders.
- Expedite customer orders as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Input new customer data into the system and maintain records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Uphold professional relationships and project a positive image of Krayden, Inc.
- Ensure compliance with AS/ISO standards and internal procedures.
- Perform additional customer service-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call and email environment. Experience in distribution or manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
