We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a manufacturing company based in Boston. Key tasks:
- Oversee the company's annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, which involve creating budget templates, setting deadlines, and managing inputs and change control to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission in accordance with Group Budget timelines.
- Prepare management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), including commentary on potential risks and opportunities.
- Conduct P&L financial modeling under tight deadlines, ensuring alignment with Group and KBI standards.
- Produce monthly forecast reports for Global leadership teams, incorporating local input and highlighting deviations from trends and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Post qualification Finance experience (7+ years)
- CPA (preferred)
- High level of efficiency in Excel
