Position Overview
We’re looking for a Product Manager with a proven track record in scaling SaaS startups through multiple funding rounds and developing robust business models and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will define and lead the product roadmap, pricing, packaging, and customer journey strategies, including customer stories, use cases, and journeys. This role is critical to our growth, focusing on building products that align with market demands and supporting our journey toward Series A funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and Execute Product Vision
- Set and drive a compelling product vision, leading the roadmap for our B2B SaaS platform with a focus on high-growth opportunities.
- Develop Business Models and Pricing Strategies
- Formulate scalable business models and develop dynamic pricing strategies that align with customer needs and market trends, optimizing for revenue growth.
- Customer-Centric Product Development
- Create detailed customer stories, use cases, and journeys that reflect real customer needs and support a seamless user experience.
- Translate these insights into actionable product features that enhance customer satisfaction and platform adoption.
- Data-Driven Product Iteration
- Collect, measure, and analyze key product metrics to assess the success of each release and inform product iterations and enhancements.
- Voice of the Customer
- Advocate for the customer’s perspective throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring product decisions are informed by both qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and marketing teams to align on product goals and ensure efficient execution of the roadmap.
- Use collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Slack to manage projects, document processes, and enhance remote teamwork.
Qualifications
- Startup Experience through Funding Rounds
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS startup that has successfully navigated multiple funding rounds.
- Business and Financial Acumen
- Strong understanding of business models, pricing strategies, and product-market fit, with experience creating pricing models that drive revenue and customer retention.
- Customer Story and Journey Creation
- Demonstrated experience in developing customer stories, use cases, and journey mapping to create user-centric products.
- Technical and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency with product management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Slack, to support agile, remote collaboration.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
