Job Title: Compensation Consultant
Atlanta, GA Onsite 4 days a week
Position Summary: The Job Architecture Specialist will play a critical role in redefining our internal organization of jobs, including roles, career streams, job families, and titling. This role will ensure that our job architecture serves as the foundation for an evolving career framework and supports the organization’s salary structures and employee mapping within Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture framework that defines roles, career streams, job families, and subfamilies.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to map current employees into new job families and roles.
- Align job architectures with salary structures to support fair and competitive compensation strategies.
- Leverage Workday to integrate and manage job architecture data, ensuring accurate updates and maintenance.
- Analyze industry trends and best practices to continually refine the job architecture framework.
- Provide guidance and training to HR and management teams on job architecture concepts and processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in job structuring and compensation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in job architecture development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of job families, roles, and career stream concepts.
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation strategy and salary structure alignment.
- Proficiency in Workday is critical.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
