The Project Manager must have a minimum of:
• Eight (8) years of professional experience planning, conducting, and participating in the facets of performance requirements of this PWS and the experience.
• Master’s Degree in Public Policy or Project or Program Management, or a related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired
Substitution Criteria:
• 10 years of relevant experience with planning, conducting, and participating in the experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree Public Policy or Project or Program Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification is required.
