Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates.
- Source new candidates and research their contact information.
- Build and maintain candidate and client relationships.
- Promote job opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and promote our staffing services to prospective candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and candidate/client interactions.
Report to: Full Desk Recruiter/Manager
Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience required.
- Comfortability with cold calling.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer savvy and competency in using Google applications.
