The Role
The group is seeking a Director of Operations for its newly opened location, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing all aspects of the venue, including staff training, service standards, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Director will also drive growth by implementing strategic initiatives, enhancing team performance, and ensuring the seamless execution of events and F1-themed experiences.
What they are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior operations role within the entertainment or hospitality industry, with a strong focus on guest experience and venue management
- Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams, with at least 3 years of experience in managing and developing staff in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong understanding of day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, service standards, and operational efficiency, with a track record of driving successful outcomes
- Experience in coordinating and overseeing events, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional service delivery, ideally within an entertainment-focused venue
- Ability to implement strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and troubleshoot operational challenges, while driving growth and optimizing performance across the venue
