Our client, located central Madison (off beltline) is looking for the following:
Qualifications
- Bilingual with HR Experience (2-3 years)
- Able to return phone calls in Spanish about workers comp claims, benefits, employee issues
- Able to interface virtually or in person to relay needs
- Sit on employee relations issues to translation in person or virtually
- Speak Spanish
- 2+ years of HR Experience
Benefits
- Pay: $22-29/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Schedule: M-F, 8am - 5pm
- Also open to seeing part time candidates
