New Graduate Nurse (RN) Job Type: Full-Time with rotating weekends and holidays
Commitment Bonus (1-Year) $15,000 for Day Shift or $20,000 for Night Shift
Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour
Department/Unit Summary Transitioning from the classroom to the bedside can be a difficult journey for many new nurses. In response, Lifepoint Health is proud to offer our RN Resident Transition to Practice Apprenticeship Program. This apprenticeship program is designed to support recent graduate nurses as they develop proficiency in both their new role and our organization's culture. Through a blended learning experience that combines online modules with preceptor/mentor support, this program bridges the gap between academic preparation and practices to boost clinical confidence in our new nurses.

Qualifications and requirements Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State. For upcoming graduates, ability to obtain a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State within 30-days of hire.
Additional requirements include:
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30 days of hire.
- Less than one year of nursing experience
