About the Job
The U.S. Advancement Guide is dedicated to establishing close working relationships, advancing and applying managerial, interpersonal and relationship building skills to effectively manage and guide a global pipeline of healthcare professionals to achieve their career and personal development goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and a passion for helping others succeed.
What You’ll Do
· Develop, implement, and communicate individualized plan for healthcare professionals (HCP) including the completion of a US Advancement Plan that outlines the HCP work experience, goals, family updates.
· Guide and mentor each HCP through the various stages of the process, with the objective of minimizing the amount of time it takes to complete and commence work in the U.S.
· Develop transparent, trusting relationships with HCPs and serve as primary liaison as they navigate through the stages towards commencing work in the U.S.
· Make high volume of outbound/inbound calls to follow up on HCP questions.
· Achieve performance metrics and KPIs, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
· Document call details, interactions, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
· Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
· Intervene and resolve issues with an outstanding level of customer service.
· Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma required, some college preferred.
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
· Experience working in a professional office environment preferred.
· Experience working independently but contributing within a team environment.

· Experience with CRM system preferred.

Compensation
· $45K Base + 10% Annual Bonus
· $450 Monthly Incentive
· Weekly Pay
