Empire Hospitality, a federal contractor in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Service Liaison to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has a heart for service and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our guests. As a Service Liaison, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our hotel partners while providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive relationships with hotel partners and guests
- Facilitate, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks
- Maintain strict schedules and meet demanding deadlines
- Respond to electronic communications in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
