· Provide expert consulting services on the design, development, and testing of lithium-ion battery packs and BMS, with a focus on SMBus and SBS protocols.
· Perform detailed failure analysis for battery systems and power sources, offering recommendations for product improvements and problem resolution.
· Offer simulation support, functional safety guidance, and technical troubleshooting to optimize battery system designs for clients.
· Collaborate with client teams across mechanical, software, systems, and quality engineering to support project goals and ensure compliance with safety standards.
· Provide cost-reduction strategies by optimizing battery design and component selection, while maintaining performance and safety standards.
· Develop and review technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and interface requirements, to ensure accurate communication of system functionality.
· Conduct market research on battery technologies and industry trends, providing clients with insights on next-generation product development.
