Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Job Overview
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to lead the development of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) objects, with a focus on interfaces, reports, and technical components. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high-quality, tested Oracle HCM Cloud components.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise, in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, and integration experience to help optimize performance and ensure a smooth transition from on-premise systems to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, with 3+ years supporting Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits.
- 2+ full-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud, with expertise in solution architecture, integrations, data conversion, and process testing.
- Strong technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, ATP, XML, JavaScript, Web Services, fast formulas, approval workflows, and custom role development.
- Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with 2-5 years of integration experience.
- Experience building OTBI and BIP reports and managing SFTP solutions.
- Knowledge of Redwood Pages, Oracle Graphical Language (OGL), and Recruitment Booster.
- Familiarity with quarterly updates and their impact on business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is highly preferred.
- Prior consulting experience with a consulting firm or systems integrator (SI).
- Experience working across multiple HCM applications.
